HOW OUR DELIVERY SYSTEM WORKS

Once you have placed your order we will confirm our estimated delivery time (this varies with different ranges and with current stock availability). When your order is ready our delivery service will phone you and arrange delivery on the particular day on which they are in your area. Please email or telephone us if you would like to ask about the availability of any particular item prior to ordering.

We undertake to deliver the items you have ordered to the room for which they are intended provided that normal access is possible. Larger items usually, but not always, come to us from the manufacturer in smaller sub-units. It is the customer’s responsibility to check that what they have ordered is physically deliverable to its intended location by normal means as we do not accept impossibility of access as a reason for returning or refusing an item. We are always happy to advise if you have any doubts.

Where further dismantling beyond the sub-units in which the item is supplied by the manufacturer is possible, and necessary to gain access, then our delivery team is willing to provide this additional service at a charge of £45 per hour payable to them direct and on completion of the task. This further dismantling and re-assembly will normally be carried out there and then but may in some cases need re-scheduling depending on the delivery team’s other commitments and the time available.
