We promise for a period of seven days from your invoice date that if you find any other UK mainland retailer or e-retailer advertising on general offer the same items as you have just purchased but at a lower price, including delivery and assembly where applicable, then we will refund the difference.

This promise is subject to us being able to verify any alternative price offer. It specifically excludes comparisons with items which are ex-display, seconds etc. Alternative price offers must be generally advertised or in writing on headed stationery and not ‘word-of-mouth’.
